Café Max Treats, LLC reserves the right not to be responsible for the correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims regarding damage caused by the use of any information provided, including any kind of information which is incomplete or incorrect, will therefore be rejected.

Café Max Treats, LLC receives photo images and other information contained on this site from a wide variety of sources which include but are not limited to product manufacturers, vendors, news outlets and search engines. Please notify us of any specific copyrighted images or content found on our site and we will be happy to remove the content.

Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

These Purchase Order Terms & Conditions ("Agreement"), together with the terms on our site, constitute the terms by which Café Max Treats, LLC ("Company") sells its products.

Definitions. The following definitions shall apply:
"Purchaser" is defined as any individual, organization or other entity which purchases products from Company.
Sales Tax. Sales tax will be added to orders placed in Pennsylvania only. Pennsylvania organizations and businesses that hold a valid Pennsylvania Sellers Permit and provide us with that permit number and a resale certificate will not be charged sales tax.
Shipping. Packages are shipped in the US via USPS Priority mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping outside the US may require an additional shipping charge. Shipping times will vary depending on your location. The USPS Web site can provide delivery time estimates for Priority shipping between West Mifflin, Pennsylvania (15122) and your shipping address.
Returns & Exchanges. Due to the fact that Café Max Treats, LLC products are perishable and often times personalized, refunds will not be issued. Replacements/Exchanges will be issued on a per case basis. Please contact us before ordering at cafemax@cafemaxtreats.com if you need assistance.
